As already agreed, your original Ian Mastin commissioned painting will be completed within 4 months of this deposit payment being made. Once completed, Ian will share images with you.

NB. At checkout, please choose the ‘COMMISSIONED PAINTING’ shipping option.

The final balance is due before shipping. Within 7 business days of receiving the final payment, your unframed artwork will be securely packaged, insured and sent via tracked, express post (this is all included in the price). The tracking details will be sent in a separate email and your painting will require a signature on delivery. Please note that we do not cover any import duties which may be levied by the destination country.

For your peace of mind, Ian is happy to provide a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your painting when it arrives. Please contact Ian within 7 days of delivery at hello@ianmastin.com
